The companion
website (shown above) explains this process to the bankers, and
provides training on how to use the form. Each year, the sample
tax forms (see below) and any updates to the tool itself, can be
downloaded from the website, keeping the tool current at all times.
Above
is the interface for the Java-based Income Assistant Tool. Below
is an example of the help interface that shows the user a picture
of the current year's IRS tax form, and where on the form they should
pull the numbers to be entered into the tool. An audio button, when
clicked, lets the user hear an overview of that particular section.
